Una ricca scelta di opzioni senza glutine e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il locale è molto accogliente. Io e mia figlia abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Disponibili anche molti dolci.

It was unintentional but we apparently saved InBolla Cafè Bistrot for our best dinner on the last evening of our 10-day Italian Riviera trip. We were looking for something light and refreshing when we saw InBolla menu, which offers a dozen of vegetarian and gluten-free entrees, in addition to 5 salads and 2 side dishes that are not the standard 4-course meals that we had had at other restaurants in the area. Ombretta, one of the owners (Maddalena is the other), patiently guided us through the menu and we had the excellent lasagna w/ pesto home made and La Bikino salad. I was overly concerned about the sweetness of the mustard & honey sauce for the La Bikono salad and requested it to be on the side, and Ombretta was gracious to comply (I suspect it is a faux pas on the guest part to ask a chef to modify their dish). The sauce turned out to be just right and we ended up mixing it back into the salad! The pesto lasagna was excellent and I wouldn't be exaggerating to say it was my best lasagna ever. For desserts, my wife selected the gluten-free brownie as recommended by Ombretta & I had the chocolate mousse with peach. Both were excellent even w/o the espresso that we regrettably had to skip as we can't have caffeine that late in the day. We met and talked to Maddalena as well even when it was past their closing time of 9pm. Everything about the restaurant, the food, the service, the decor, and the owners attention show us that they love what they are offering to the guests and the community and what an excellent offering that is. We highly recommend InBolla, and our only regret is we had discovered the restaurant too late in our trip to try their brunch menu!

I went here twice while staying in Ligure Finale; once for lunch then the next day for breakfast. Excellent food including vegan gluten free options. For breakfast the standard menu didn't have anything that fit my dietary restrictions but the lady serving us went to a cafe nearby to get me a chickpea pancake which she used to make a very nice breakfast sandwich. My brother's food, which was a sandwich with cheese for breakfast was also excellent. Service was very friendly and accommodating. I will come back here if I'm ever in this area.

Ottima esperienza, personale gentile e preparato. Rispettoso delle esigenze alimentari speciali (gluten free, vegan e vegetariano) mantenendo cibo di ottima qualità e varietà. Il locale è curato e con il proprio stile, musica di buon gusto. Consigliato vivamente.

Ottima cena! Preparati per il gluten free, mio figlio celiaco ha ordinato fish & chips… spettacolo! Noi abbiamo ordinato fritti vari, tra pesce e porcini, tutto buonissimo. Il fritto asciuttissimo e molto saporito. Ambiente carinissimo e gentilissima la gestrice.
