ormai da anni mangio in questo locale e non delude mai. La qualità del pesce è veramente ciò che caratterizza il locale, fresco e saporito. Il personale è stato gentile e attento, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassata. Il menu offre una vasta scelta (ovviamente il senza glutine riguarda solo il pesce crudo) che riesce ad accontentare ogni gusto.

Buon sushi, particolarmente buono il roll fritto. Anche i crudi si difendono molto bene. La gestione è la stessa del ristorante Pepe, quindi condivide le stesse pecche…il servizio: quasi inesistente. Senza contare che abbiamo chiesto cibo senza glutine ( che in un sushi dovrebbe essere facile) ma in modo poco interessato hanno risposto che c’era poca roba. Ordinato un calice di prosecco e ci è arrivato un bicchiere di vino bianco che non hanno fatto nemmeno provare, rimandato indietro e sostituito in modo ragionevole. Sui dolci ordino un tortino e mi viene detto che non lo avevano, dopo mezz’ora (aspettando ancora il dolce di un altro del mio tavolo) tornano dicendo che lo avevano trovato…Peccato perché la qualità del cibo è indiscutibile. Un cliente paga (tanto) anche il servizio! Inoltre vorrei specificare, in risposta al commento fatto dai proprietari, che un buon servizio non lo si trova solo nei ristoranti stellati, ma anche nei ristoranti/osterie. Trovo anche poco professionale rispondere ad una recensione fatta in buonissima fede, sbeffeggiando un cliente.
