Per i celiaci buona scelta tra i gusti dei burger, tra i classici o più particolare come quello con il polpo, ben farciti. Mi è piaciuto il pane e che i panini senza glutine siano arrivati con un'etichetta distintiva

Haven't been disappointed by a place like this in a long, long time. We shall see if they agree to post this as they already rejected my partner's review, so it looks like they censor people's true opinions. Firstly, we only decided to come here because they have advertised that they have three veggie options. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a new menu without the advertised options. The waitress told us that there are two options with the possibility to add a plant based patty. The options weren't vegan in any way as they both had cheese and one had egg based sauce! So we obviously asked if they can swap out the cheese for just some veggies and barbecue sauce, which we were told it's not possible to do due to owner's policy. So then we said it's fine to take out the meat, cheese, sauces and just add the plant based patty. She then informed us that the bun contains traces of milk too, so we would need to pay an additional two euros for the gluten free bun (this is in addition to the two euros to simply swap chicken for a plant based patty! ). No idea why they don't have normal burger buns like most places, as gluten free and vegan options are two completely different things, and gluten free buns are horrendous in texture and flavour. Anyway, as that was the only option, we chose it anyway. Big mistake! What I received was horrendous. The gluten free bread tasted like a plastic sponge. Even the lettuce itself (which was the ONLY option i could have due to policy of not being able to add other veg) was already half rotten and brown!! Absolutely disgusting. I only managed to eat the patty itself and the burger sauce (which we had to pay extra for otherwise they would have given me the dry, nasty bread by itself). The only decent thing about the experience was the waitress being apologetic about the dumb policies that they have (i.e. not being able to add any ingredients to make the burgers edible). The "vegan option" advertisements should absolutely be removed because they have no real vegan options! I can't believe that in 2026 this kind of ignorance (not knowing that vegan and gluten free options are not the same!) still exists.
