French Brasserie Recently been for lunch to the York branch, great location if you are in York city centre. I had the Pork belly which was outstanding! Soft and crunchy top, full of flavour and perfect combination with the cabbage underneath. We also got the free flowing fries, great! Crunchy, Salty and soft inside. The staff in this branch were great as well, very organised and ready to take orders or top up when needed. The price was a little bit steep, but same as everywhere nowadays. Cost just under £50 for two meals and two drinks. We chose Cote for the gluten free options, this was really good. Most of the meals you could adapt to gluten free and there was a lot of variety to choose from. One thing I would say about the branch is the seating isn’t very comfortable. But didn’t change my view on the experience.
