Everything was great but sadly an error was made which could have had major consequences. Ordered 4 pizzas one of which was a plant-based pizza to suit a severe dairy allergy sufferer. On opening his pizza, thankfully he was quick to realise that the bbq sauce that should have been on another pizza, was actually drizzled all over his. We called to check & the sauce contained dairy so he couldn’t eat his pizza. The staff were apologetic and agreed to send us a fresh pizza (after we asked them to) but we still had to wait nearly half an hour so he ate on his own as everyone else was finished. No compensation (they took the incorrect pizza back) & no real acknowledgement of how serious the mistake was which was extremely disappointing. This was not a dairy intolerance case, this was an Epi-pen carrier with a severe allergy.
