This place is advertised through Uber Eats as a place that carries gluten free options. However, when we tried to place a gluten free order through the app it was not possible to select it as an option. After my friend placed the order we called the place right away in an attempt to ensure that we could get the gluten free option but the staff and the management were neither helpful or reasoning. Several times we tried to cancel the previous order and get it re done, this time with the gluten free crust, but the staff refused to do so; as they claimed that once the order took placement, it was not possible to do any changes on it. As someone with coeliac dicease, having gluten free crust is not just a dietary choice, it is a need, the consequences of having gluten in my diet are unpleasant at the least and detrimental to my health at the most. Changing up an order right after it has taken place shouldn't be such an ordeal. Especially when the gluten free options that are advertised are nowhere to be found on the website
