Cibi senza glutine fantastici e deliziosi! Ho preso un assortimento di pasticcini e un po' di pane. Il mio preferito è il Whoopie pie, ma a mio marito è piaciuto molto il rotolo al caffè. La prossima volta voglio prendere dei panini per la colazione, perché sembravano fenomenali anche loro.

Ho ordinato una torta bianca da 8 pollici con frosting bianco e un messaggio di congratulazioni scritto sopra. Sembra semplice, ma questa torta alta a 2 strati era favolosa - il frosting era applicato con spirali e deliziosi rosoni decorativi e la scritta era di un viola scintillante. Poi c'è il gusto: la torta umida e il frosting erano deliziosi! Non me lo aspettavo da una torta senza glutine. Consiglio vivamente Bam Bam per torte e altri prodotti senza glutine.

Gluten free breakfast sandwich and gluten free cinnamon coffee cake were delicious! Portions sizes were generous. Iced coffee with dairy free milk options was also nice. I paid less than I would have anticipated. Seating is not very comfortable and it was a bit cold for sitting. But the people were pleasant and extremely patient with my multitude of questions about ingredients. I will definitely buy food here again.

Such a wonderful gluten free bakery! Can’t wait to go back! So many delicious options! I ordered a variety of things and I was not disappointed. The BEST item I got was a cinnamon bun, and I got it right out of the oven 🤤 The other items were the lemon bar, whoopie pie, raspberry almond breakfast cake, coconut bread, breakfast sandwich, and a pack of frozen bagels. Everything was a hit, but bagels would be at the bottom of the list. There’s a small area to eat and enjoy your finds. A lot of people seemed to order to-go and they might even take pre-orders. If you’re in Portland, you HAVE to go! Small parking lot, but right off the throughway.
