We had a fantastic meal. I'm celiac, and we were planning to get a sandwich with gluten-free bread, but they told us the sandwich was small and recommended the burgers because the bread is better. That honesty was really appreciated. First, we ordered the aioli potatoes, which they made with the sauce fresh to avoid any cross-contamination, and they gave us two gluten-free rolls to go with them. We also ordered a Nevada salad (goat cheese, walnuts, tomato jam, and Pedro Ximénez reduction), which was delicious. And finally, we ordered an Angus burger (and indeed, the bun was delicious). Everything was super tasty, the quality/price ratio is excellent, and the service was top-notch. It's so nice to be able to eat with peace of mind knowing it's a place where they're very careful about gluten. We'll be back ❤️
