Mia moglie ha scoperto di avere intolleranza al glutine. Da quando mangia senza glutine, la sua salute è migliorata drasticamente, ma è stata una lotta trovare del pane decente, buona pasta, torta gustosa. Fino a Ciao Gluten! Non devo mangiare senza glutine, ma la loro focaccia, per esempio, è migliore di quelle 'normali'. Così la mia ragazza è felice e io mangio volentieri con lei.

Best gluten free bakery in Holland! The chocolate croissant was the best GF one I’ve had! Light, fluffy, and buttery! We treated ourselves to lasagna, focaccia, cake, and so much more. We will be back!

I was excited once I learned an Italian bakery was in the Netherlands. The gluten-free cheesecake and focaccia bread are so delicious that they are a must-try; they are truly one of my favorites. I am still reminiscing about how good it tasted. I wish they were more visible or located in the center of the city, but I'm happy to see they are thriving. I strongly encourage customers and businesses to stop by and explore their gluten-free menu; it's absolutely pleasing to one's taste buds.

Il miglior cibo senza glutine nei Paesi Bassi!! È così gustoso, fatto con ottimi ingredienti e a un prezzo giusto. Nient'altro è paragonabile nei Paesi Bassi. Consiglio soprattutto i biscotti, la focaccia, la torta al cioccolato e la pizza. Proprietà molto gentile anche.
