Una cattiva esperienza. Il cibo senza glutine è solitamente costoso, ma questo posto addebita anche un sovrapprezzo per i pagamenti con carta, il che è completamente ingiustificato al giorno d'oggi. Per rendere le cose ancora peggiori, il cibo è arrivato freddo e la qualità non è all'altezza dei prezzi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo lascia molto a desiderare. Ci sono molti altri ristoranti senza glutine che prestano molta più attenzione a questi dettagli.

The place itself is fine, the food is affordable and tasty considering the limited options available to us celiacs, but what I find appalling is the interaction between customer and staff; the service is rather lackluster. I'm a regular customer, meaning I buy food to take away or eat in quite regularly, and just yesterday I went to buy pastries (of which there was only one). So far, so good. I asked the staff if I could use the restroom, and they insisted that I had to be seated to use it, which I found odd, since, as I mentioned before, I'm a regular customer and I was also buying something there that day. I explained the situation, but they still insisted that I had to be seated to use the restroom, which really annoyed me because of all the times I've been there and bought cakes, pastries, cookies, and other things, and they couldn't even do me the favor of letting me use the restroom because I was bursting. Well, my experience was good until yesterday, and they lost a customer. It's a place I wouldn't return to. The service could be much improved. Regards
