Do not recommend for those with intolerance/allergies. I ordered a gluten and dairy free pizza in store from a member of staff, clearly reiterating my allergy several times. The first pizza came out as a normal one, completely disregarding the allergy adjustments. The manager kept referring to a “policy” that was never explained to me at the time of ordering. I was refused a refund, and even the first remake arrived with normal cheese- even though I had just said I’m allergic to cheese. After almost an hour the correct pizza was finally made, but I no longer felt safe eating it, and my friend’s order was cold. Very poor handling of allergies and customer care. Waste of £20 as we had to get food elsewhere.
