I ordered the Pressed Chipa Sandwich listed on the menu, which has the vegetarian logo, and the ingredients are correctly listed: cheese, tomato, and basil. They brought me a chipa sandwich with ham. I complained, and they refused to give me a refund or offer me THE VEGETARIAN OPTION LISTED ON THE MENU. They refused to take responsibility for the mistake. Both waiters, a woman and a man, were in this situation. It's a shame the service was so poor, a shame that the menu lists an option that isn't actually available, and a shame they didn't even offer me an alternative. Furthermore, they didn't have the only vegan option listed on the menu. They even brought my father a glass of detergent. I ordered a frozen lemonade with ginger and mint. They only offered me freshly squeezed lemon. A horrible experience, and the waitress was incredibly arrogant.

I've had problems with my last five orders. This last one is just too much. I bought one chocolate pudding and one loaf of bread. First of all, the prices are high, but on top of that, the products from this particular store are inedible. This time, I received a pudding produced on March 31st, and it's now May 7th. The packaging isn't vacuum-sealed to prevent spoilage. The flavor is rancid, and the chocolate has white spots, like mold. Not to mention the crumb of the pudding—hard and dense from being stored for so long. The bread is as hard as a brick wall. Don't people with celiac disease deserve quality products that guarantee the cold chain and are in good condition? I'm tired of complaining, and all they do is refund the exact amount for the defective product. They don't address the underlying problem. They're selling spoiled goods! I understand that the label says it should last three months. But in a thin plastic package that isn't properly sealed, it won't last 3 months. It has ingredients that degrade over time, giving it this rancid taste that tells me it's not safe to eat. I'm tired of the few gluten-free options treating us this way. I paid 40,000 pesos for these two things!! This never happened to me at other branches (I went to some in Buenos Aires and the one on Italia Street here in Rosario); it's only happening with the Montevideo branch. I think the owners should evaluate the processes at this branch to ensure they meet the franchise standards, which they aren't.

Great service, beautiful atmosphere, and excellent quality products. Delicious Nespresso coffee, tasty vegan cookie, and mini banana pudding. They accept all forms of payment. Quiet.

Saturday morning, 10 am, the place was empty; we were the only table. We ordered two coffees, a pre-made cake, and a toasted sandwich. It took an hour to arrive. We complained to the manager, and she said, "I'm working alone," and a few other excuses. Tasty, but indefensible; not recommended.
