Recommended by a friend, we went for dinner in the center of Corralejo. It stands out completely from the many touristy places; it's small, very welcoming, and the polite and impeccable staff makes you feel at home. An excellent menu, absolutely not predictable but with very interesting options. From homemade pasta to meat and fish. A keen eye is also given to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. We wanted Paella, delicious!! The local wine list is also excellent, let yourself be advised. Prices are absolutely fair. Compliments to Chef Roberto and his entire team. PS: reservation suggested.

Recommended restaurant, whether you are celiac or not, fried cheese, fried baby squid, excellent dishes, paella and seafood risotto are equally great. Book in advance as the place is small. The restaurant is attentive to every intolerance and allergy.

The joy of a celiac in Fuerteventura! An unmissable destination because everything is gluten-free. My wife is celiac and we’ve been back twice. Even for me, who is not celiac, it was a delicious culinary experience. From appetizers to desserts to the selection of wines. The Sanus restaurant is a paradise for all celiacs and gluten intolerant individuals, as it is perhaps the only completely Gluten Free establishment in Fuerteventura. Thanks to direct collaboration with "FACE", which is the equivalent of AIC in Italy, you can enjoy excellent gluten-free dishes in total safety and tranquility. The venue itself is not very large, but it is nice and well-maintained. I always recommend making a reservation. The menu, available for free online, consists of both classic dishes and various more unique and refined offerings, all prepared with quality ingredients and gluten-free. There are also some vegetarian options. Specifically, we tried the fried goat cheese with jam and the fried baby cuttlefish (see photo). Nothing to say, everything was very good and exquisite! As a celiac, I had dreamed of being able to eat fried cheese in Fuerte again, and this gluten-free version is truly a delight! The gluten-free fried baby cuttlefish is also amazing! The kind owners of the establishment are of Italian origin, so you won't have language problems. You can also make a reservation directly from their website without a call. The prices are fair and normal. Be aware of hours and closing days that may vary over time. Currently, the restaurant is open only for dinner and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to park your car directly on the street near the establishment. In conclusion, we felt very good here, both because of the hospitality and the food. We will definitely return to try other gluten-free dishes.

On vacation in Fuerteventura, my husband and I stumbled upon this place by chance. 100% gluten-free food of excellent quality, friendly and helpful staff, and a small but very elegant environment. Highly recommended for all celiacs like me.

We were at this place on the evening of the last day of vacation, on Friday. The venue is minimalistic, a bit aseptic, but the kindness and attention to allergies and intolerances is surprising. The menu is a bit different from the usual, we had an appetizer with asparagus and bacon rolls in cheese cream, handmade gnocchi with asparagus and shrimp, vegan savoy cabbage rolls, spinach balls and hummus, and chicken scallops with honey and blueberries. And to finish, vegan chocolate panna cotta and tiramisu. As soon as possible, allowing for vacation, we will return.

Experience more than positive. Dishes prepared with care and passion, really very good paella. All dishes are gluten-free and several vegan dishes on the menu. The owners are Italian, and it was a pleasure to chat with them after dinner about life in Fuerteventura. If the opportunity arises, I will definitely return.

By far, the most inclusive restaurant in Fuerteventura! Their menu boasts plenty of vegan and vegetarian options and everything is 100% gluten free! All of this without compromising on taste. I personally tried a whole bunch of their vegan dishes as I went there several times -everything was just so delicious! The homemade gnocchi are to die for, and the spinach balls are mouth watering. I also brought there some friends that eat meat and fish and they came out very satisfied. The service has always been spot on and the chef very accommodating! It is now part of my weekly routine in Fuerteventura -would highly recommend!

Great dinner! Everything gluten-free, with many vegan and vegetarian options. Excellent quality ingredients and fantastic service. I had an appetizer, a main course, and dessert, and I felt full but not heavy at the same time. I highly recommend it! (In the photos, all vegan food, excellent and very filling)
