ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! As stated in other reviews, the gluten-free pizza is not good: the dough feels like plastic and resembles the very early gluten-free pizzas that were offered in the first AIC venues (about 25 years ago). Nevertheless, the place is sponsored by well-known influencers, which helps explain its popularity. But if you want to eat a good gluten-free pizza, I suggest looking for another place. Not recommended.

Experience from 02/11/2024. I return to this pizzeria after having been here once a few years ago. I remembered it as one of the best pizzas in the province. I come back here because my wife discovers (from well-known celiac influencers) that even gluten-free pizza is excellent just like the one with "normal" flour, and since she is celiac, we didn't hesitate to book a table. What can I say, my pizza was good and quite well-balanced, but they still have a lot of work to do on the gluten-free pizzas; it was definitely a ready-made base, flat flavor, extremely thin, greasy, and similar to focaccia (according to her, the worst gluten-free pizza she has ever eaten so far). I don’t understand why it is so well advertised by other celiacs in the area. Too bad, because expectations were high. I hope they can work on these types of dough, or put a note on the menu with "*ready-made bases are used for gluten-free pizzas". Excellent service, the waitresses are friendly and helpful. Welcoming environment, the only downside is being too close to other diners.

I was there for dinner yesterday. The pizza is excellent: the crust is slightly thick and crunchy, the ingredients are of high quality, and the pizza is easy to digest. The price is fair, and the service is fast and efficient. The gluten-free pizza was great according to my celiac friend. What can I say, 5 well-deserved stars. Keep it up. See you soon.
