Great agriturismo with gluten-free cooking options, certified by Aic, ideal for celiacs. Good fixed menu, with a rich mixed appetizer of excellent quality and preparation, a first course to choose from two dishes, both good, ziti alla genovese was nice but the pasta was not too al dente, ricotta ravioli with red and yellow piennolo tomatoes sauce and pecorino. For the main course, options included a mixed grill of meat, excellent fennel sausage, and a rib chop with Provolone del Monaco IGP cheese fondue and Sorrento walnuts. The side dishes were very good mixed salad and baked potatoes. Fresh fruit and delicious lemon dessert were abundant and tasty. The red wine Sabatino ceppo Aglianico produced locally was very good, along with water, Coca-Cola, and their homemade digestives, good nocino or limoncello included in the adult menu. A children's menu is also available. Although the choices were limited due to the set menu, everything was of excellent quality, with good raw materials, especially dairy products and cold cuts, well-prepared. All portions were abundant and flavorful. As a first experience, we were satisfied. Even for my celiac son, nothing was missing; in his adult menu, there was excellent gluten-free casarecce pasta cooked al dente with genovese, a certified gluten-free packaged sandwich by Schar, and a delicious pre-packaged cheesecake with mixed berries from an external lab, in addition to the other dishes from the normal adult menu. The location a bit isolated on the hills of Vico Equense, in Massaquano, has a view over a valley, rustic structure but in a possibly not very typical building, little adjacent gardens, lemon groves, and small pen areas with various animals; I would have preferred more green spaces. There is children's entertainment. The tables were also too close together, with different rooms located in various small points, I would have preferred larger rooms. Friendly, quick, and helpful staff. Clean and modern bathrooms. I liked the table setup, clean with modern plates, good wine glasses. However, the hanging lights in the attic were old and dirty; I recommend a change or more cleaning. Overall, I recommend it; we had a good time as a family. Worth trying for the excellent quality-price ratio, superior to average agriturismos, also recommended in the Gambero Rosso restaurant guide.
