The site and the menu do not specify that there are SG alternatives, but I read it here in the app and can confirm it. I had a cacio e pepe, which was good and abundant!

Possibility of having the first courses with gluten-free pasta, the carbonara is FANTASTIC (and will participate in the 2023 carbonara championships). They use pasteurized eggs, making it safe even during pregnancy. Additionally, gluten-free tiramisu is available, prepared on the spot. A must-try!
