Very good pizza and I consider it safe as I've never been sick after eating their pizzas. The only flaw is that on weekends it's almost impossible to find a spot if you haven't made a reservation.

Honestly, I don't know how to express myself about it. I've eaten at this pizzeria about 20 times, and the first ones never gave me any issues, but lately, I have often felt unwell. I honestly really like their pizza.

Pizzeria chosen because it also makes gluten-free pizzas. Great variety of options. We found the pizzas well-seasoned, the service courteous and fast. Honest bill.

We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance, but rather 'by luck', coming from Rome. One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life... the same opinion goes for the other 4 diners, including the celiac who found the opportunity to enjoy an excellent gluten-free pizza. Great dough, no issues with digestion or bloating in the hours that followed, no need to drink in the middle of the night. All toppings were fresh and of high quality, as was the presentation of the dish. Superb buffalo mozzarella. Wide selection of pizzas, including gourmet options. Excellent service and reasonable waiting times, considering it was Sunday evening. Welcoming atmosphere, modern décor, clean restrooms, visible pizza makers in the restaurant, fair prices.

Exceptional gluten-free pizza! A bit slow, especially because they were focusing on takeout orders, and the outdoor tables overlooking the trash bins are not the best. But the pizza, believe me, is worth it all! Good, crispy, super well-topped, and made with quality ingredients! Great prices, I had an award-winning pizza and when I'm in the area again, I'll try others.

If a celiac person, after seeing stunning photos of pizzas and focaccia on Google, arrives and is told that they have the "base" ONLY for pizza and that the images refer to the old management, she feels disheartened... If the above-mentioned pizza then arrives burned at the edges and raw in the center... even worse! And if she spends the night and the following day in the bathroom... I don't know what to say anymore.
