Meticulously curated interiors, relaxing music: right at the entrance, the Bakery invites us to embark on a journey through the refined and high-level taste of its creations, both savory and sweet. For me, as someone with celiac disease and a plant-based diet, it is a paradise. Special mention for the pistachio brioche... for those who love it. The coffee has a flavor that I fear I cannot describe in words; you have to try it! The staff is knowledgeable and kind.

Beautiful discovery! I did not know them, my wife took me there. It’s a 100% plant-based pastry shop, but I assure you that the quality and taste are superior to many renowned traditional pastry shops. It’s located in the center of Pietrasanta with the option to sit both inside and outside. The display of flaky pastries and sweets is stunning. For those with celiac disease, they have a dedicated section in the display case for Gluten-Free treats, separated and safe, with flaky pastries and other delicious items including marvelous realistic fruit, plus they also offer savory options like mini pizzas and focaccia. I had a pain au chocolat and the spectacular realistic raspberry, both were top top quality. Recommended, you absolutely have to try it!

Super gluten-free breakfast. Super special and carefully curated sweets, with options different from the usual breakfasts and wonderful attention to detail in the presentation of dishes. A special mention also for the drinks (among the best I ever tried and all completely plant-based and gluten-free)!! In the photo: gluten-free puff pastry with chantilly cream and raspberries, gluten-free Rocher single portion, croissant (this one with gluten) with mango, and raspberry pink lemonade. For takeaway, we also had a small pizza, a savory puff pastry with pesto, plant-based ham, and cheese, and a tempeh focaccia (all gluten-free). Congratulations!!! Highly recommended little spot 🤩

I went there in May with my partner, who is celiac. Everything was exceptional. I tried both gluten and gluten-free products. Everything was truly delicious and the coffee was amazing.

Sementis Bakery is a paradise for those who are celiac. I can say that I have tasted almost everything and every bite has been pure joy and pleasure for the palate. I wholeheartedly recommend the pain au chocolat because it is simply INCREDIBLE! ❤️
