The pizzas had a decidedly interesting appearance, but I wanted to try their gluten-free fresh pasta and I didn't make a mistake: excellent wild boar tortellini. Kudos for serving a pack of S.G. breadsticks and bringing some slices of S.G. bread as a side (the scarpetta was a must).

To enjoy the opportunity to eat really good homemade gluten-free pasta, especially in the setting of the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, is truly an explosion of sensations. Mr. Gherardo vibrantly enlivens the service among the tables, urging the girls and boys who work with him (very kind and patient despite the heavy workload). Don’t underestimate trying the ribollita with warm croutons. In conclusion, a gluten-free and lactose-free coffee cream was offered.

I ordered a plate of homemade tagliatelle with lobster, really delicious. Furthermore, being lactose intolerant, they were careful to use oil instead of butter.

despite the tourist location, the cuisine is not touristy at all, everything is excellent from the handmade gluten-free pasta to the pizza. Great attention and preparation from the staff, who are always very courteous. Highly recommend!
