Anita Osteria is located in Piazza del Pozzetto, in the historic center of Pisa: a suggestive and tranquil location, away from the tourist chaos but very close to the main points of interest. The kitchen offers dishes from the Pisan and Tuscan tradition, paying particular attention to gluten-free needs: options clearly marked on the menu, gluten-free bread, and the possibility to adapt almost all dishes for celiacs. Reviews tell of attentive and inclusive service, capable of making every guest feel at ease — even on special occasions like graduation lunches or group dinners — without differences and without compromises on taste. A welcoming osteria, where food safety and customer care combine with one of the most beautiful backdrops in the center of Pisa.

I went to this restaurant for lunch today. Very nice place. I give three stars because I'm new to this, but they didn't make me feel different. The waitress said that almost all the dishes are naturally gluten-free except for the first courses and dishes containing bread, but everything can be substituted. I had an appetizer and a first course and could choose everything from the menu, although the only pasta shape they had was penne, which was fine with me. I didn't try the desserts. I will definitely go back.

I attended a graduation at this restaurant. The dishes were obviously different, but there was a care and attention that I really appreciated, allowing me to enjoy the dinner like everyone else.

Well-kept locale in the center of Pisa. Many gluten-free options, clearly indicated on the menu. Very good food, I tried the fish recipes, simple but very tasty. Definitely recommended!
