Great Syrian-Lebanese place in the center! I've known it for years and I've been there a couple of times already, the menu is almost entirely gluten-free (they even write it directly on the paper!). The staff is also very friendly.

Returning to Pisa after having lived here two years ago, Al Madina is the only place as good as I remember — if not even better! Kind staff and fantastic food! We had two amazing vegan dishes, and the staff were attentive to our gluten-free needs, substituting a small part of one dish without any problems.
