This is already my second year returning because I unfortunately live far away but it will definitely always be a fixed stop if I pass by. I highly recommend it, also the staff is very kind and competent.

A vast choice between sweet and savory, nothing to say about the food but concerning the location, help! Dirty outdoor tables, stuffy indoor room. Service needs improvement, we ordered 2 cappuccinos and both had milk/coffee spilled on the saucer. I don't understand the 5-star ratings from other reviews. Personally, I wouldn't return.

Another brilliant find for coeliac customers! My partner hasn't had a croissant for many years until today, and it was even better than the gluten croissants in my opinion. We had more than we could stomach, but it was worth the price. Not too busy, great choice of many sweet and savoury items. Plenty of drink choices. Great find.

The croissants are delicious, the best gluten-free I have ever eaten. They are extremely competent, nice, and helpful. They also make excellent focaccia and gluten-free bread. It’s basically paradise for celiacs.

I had the chance to taste both the bread and the schiacciata, and I must say they were very good. Additionally, I have dined several times at the adjacent restaurant, and the dessert made by this pastry shop (millefoglie) was really good. I didn't appreciate the dry pastries much, but overall it's a great place to buy fresh gluten-free products!

I paid €17 for a loaf of bread and €11 for a focaccia. I don’t think there’s anything else worth mentioning. The welcome and service leave a lot to be desired, which is a pity because it could have been a great resource, as gluten-free places are rare.

A discovery... I've passed by it a thousand times and never noticed it. Served by a large parking lot (shared with the restaurant), it offers a wide range of products: fresh and dry pastries, and baked goods (bread, pizza, etc.). Surprisingly, it doesn't feel like eating gluten-free products; I rediscovered the original flavors of the products. The sweets, unlike what I've found elsewhere, are not excessively sweet. The texture is also surprising... really well done... thank you... I recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful, everything is delicious from sweet to savory. It’s a paradise for celiacs❤️ The croissants are amazing, large and flavorful. As someone who is not a celiac by birth and knows the taste of gluten products, I can assure you that you can't even feel the difference. In fact, they might be better. You can fill the croissant on the spot as you prefer, the same goes for the savory items. I also had an artisanal pistachio panettone that was really good. Everything is excellent; I can't find a single flaw. I hope it expands even more because they deserve it. The ladies serving are always kind and helpful. 10 out of 10!!!

I searched on Google for a pastry shop that made gluten-free desserts and found this one. Everything seemed perfect, so I decided to order my birthday cake here. I specifically requested that it be red and, upon request, I also sent a reference photo via WhatsApp. However, the result was very different from what I requested. The color of the cake was not red, but leaned more towards orange/salmon and when I pointed this out, I was told that "that is their red." If there had been a problem with the color or the execution, I would have appreciated at least a message to inform me, but I was told nothing and on my birthday, I found myself with a cake that did not match my requests. Besides the color, the finish was also poorly done: the sides were badly finished and the writing did not appear as I had asked for it. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this pastry shop and I certainly will not return. I've attached photos, the first one is what I wanted, the second is the writing, and the last is what they made for me.

I discovered this gluten-free pastry shop thanks to a celiac friend. The place offers both pastry products and various types of baked goods and savory items. We ordered a meringue, a raspberry tartlet, and a coffee. Everything was of excellent quality. The pastry shop has a very nice internal room that can be the ideal place to organize a party.

Visited here on a recent trip to Pisa. It’s a bit out of the town centre but is worth the trip. The choice was overwhelming - I’m used to just a couple of GF options but here there were entire cabinets of various pastries and cakes and cookies - as well as savoury options. I ordered a selection of pastries and they were great - and surprisingly good value. I also took a savoury pizza thing away which was very good a few hours later. Definitely worth the trip if you want a GF croissant - just next time I’ll look into a bus to save the walk.

Everything is great, you can tell they have a well-organized lab. I didn't have the chance to try the savory items (I had breakfast there early in the morning) but the pastries are highly approved!

We visited ER Pisa one morning in search of gluten-free and lactose-free sweets, which we avoid for health reasons. As soon as we entered, we were struck by the counters: overflowing with sweets, savory items, cookies, and bread, all completely gluten-free. A truly rare sight, even for someone like me who often travels for work in Northern Italy and visits many specialized pastry shops. I had the giant babà, my favorite dessert, and I must say it was indeed tastier than a traditional babà: soft, well-soaked, with chantilly cream and blueberries—an exceptional combination. My friend chose the focaccia, which was also very good and fragrant. Caught up in the goodness of the products, before leaving, we decided to share another delicacy we saw in the display: a pastry with chantilly and fresh fruit. Unfortunately, this one disappointed us a bit, turning out to be dry, cold, and somewhat soggy, as if it were old. Overall, a gluten-free pastry shop with a wide selection and high-quality products, with a few small exceptions. The prices are reasonable for the quality and craftsmanship. A place to try if you're looking for gluten-free and lactose-free products without sacrificing taste. Friendly staff. Recommended.

I stumbled upon this café by chance and I was really impressed! It’s very hard to find gluten-free options, but here there are some and they are excellent. The barista is amazing: she foams the milk perfectly and my macchiato was really delicious. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I will definitely return!

We came today for the first time and ordered everything! Both the savory and sweet sections were delicious, with a variety that would make even traditional pastry shops and bakeries envious, so much so that we couldn't believe everything was gluten-free. It seemed like a good value for money, and the person who served us was really friendly and kind. The parking right next to the place was excellent. Highly recommended as a reference in Pisa and its surroundings for those who are celiac and lactose intolerant.

The products sold are all gluten-free, they look nice, but breakfast is absolutely to forget! The pastries we had were hard, seemed like they were from the previous day, despite their inviting appearance. The lady who served us, on her own initiative and without asking, heated some in the microwave, probably trying to do something nice, but this made them as hard as marble and inedible. Despite the repetitions, she managed to forget part of the order. The cappuccinos were lost along with one of the pastries that was left inside the microwave. However, it was reheated again and sold about 15 minutes later to the next customer. The cappuccinos were finally made after yet another questionable request; I've never seen the frothed milk put in first and then the espresso on top. The final quality, in my opinion, was terrible. As for the baked goods, we tried a really good focaccia. Cozy location on the side of the state road, with places both inside standing up and outside with small tables and chairs. Prices of the products are average for gluten-free.

We happened to pass by here, and having a celiac friend who came from England on vacation, we absolutely had to stop to grab something... we could have never imagined finding paradise for celiacs! Soft pizzas and focaccias, wonderful bread, cookies of every kind, and then the most beautiful and inviting pastry shop we have ever seen, there was even babà 😍😍😍😍 unique kindness of the staff! Really a fantastic pastry shop! The raspberry puff pastry is truly worth it. Fresh and crunchy bread. The pastry shop is very well stocked and there is the possibility to eat on the spot. The staff is friendly. I will definitely return next time I'm in Pisa.

Fantastic gluten-free pastry shop! I have been a customer for a while, but yesterday I went for an aperitif with some friends (not celiac). We were all very satisfied; the aperitif was substantial, based on pizza, baked pasta, and fried zucchini flowers. All for the same price as a classic aperitif at a bar where they only offer you two potato chips. Very intimate location thanks to the little room on the right. Extremely friendly and always kind staff. Well done! Highly recommended! Until next time.

Everything was excellent. We had 3 sweets, a sweet braid, a macchiato coffee, and a bottle of water, spending only 7 euros and something, which is finally a fair price for everything being gluten-free. The quality of the baba and the pistachio cream puff was great. The tartlet dough was a bit too thick. But overall, everything was very good. I also had a filled focaccia with ham and cheese for 5 euros that I ate a couple of hours later, and it was still soft and very good. (I couldn't take a photo before biting into it). I'll be back soon. I also tasted a piece of panettone offered at their counter. Very good. The zuccotto was also tempting.

A daydream for celiacs (and not only): ER guarantees a complete gluten-free experience, from sweet to savory, from dry pastries to fresh ones, including cakes. For me, who also has an intolerance to milk (milk proteins), they filled a delicious vegan brioche with jam. The place offers the option to eat outside or enjoy the air-conditioned indoor area. Friendly staff, excellent location for those coming from the center as well as for those in the engineering/hospital/San Rossore area. Highly recommended!

Pastry shop exclusively gluten free. Both sweet and savory production is excellent. The sweet production offers refined gluten-free pastries and also (in some cases) lactose-free options that are unique in the area. Bread, focaccia, and rustic mini pizzas are top-notch. I haven't tried the cookies yet.

Fantastic! Here I had one of the best pastries I've ever eaten, maybe even before I became gluten intolerant! The selection of pastries and cookies is very wide; we had a brioche filled with pistachio cream (huge and with lots of cream!!), a zeppole with whipped cream, and two small pizzas... we were really satisfied!! Moreover, the prices are very reasonable! Highly recommended!

First of all, the service is provided by highly experienced people, and you can tell! Then I would mention that the croissants and puff pastries are delicious. The small pizzas and savory pastries are marvelous... even the bread and schiacciata are light and made with high-quality ingredients, everything is truly excellent. They are always open, so it's a great place for breakfast, a snack, or something else... I also found the box they prepare for parties or birthdays very useful, which can be ordered even for a gluten-free guest and avoids contamination. I recommend everyone to stop by; it's worth it.

While passing through Pisa at lunchtime, I searched through the AIC application for a place to have a gluten-free meal. That's how I discovered the existence of this fantastic spot entirely dedicated to gluten-free! The selection is vast: bread, pizza, focaccia, brioche, semifreddo, sfogliatelle, tarts, dry pastries, but also first and second courses, platters prepared on the spot. I had some delicious spaghetti allo scoglio and a delicious baba! The lady who welcomed us was very kind, very helpful, and also nice. We have found this place by accident. Such a great discovery! A super nice lady served us. Mini pizzas were delicious. Bread was great! As a mother for a 10 year old celiac kid it has been an absolutely wonderful experience for us.

I have been gluten intolerant for 25 years, and I must say this is the first time I have tasted such high-quality products. The croissants are the best I have ever tasted, the same goes for the mini pastiera and the delicious lobster and supreme babà. If you pass by, whether you are gluten intolerant or not, you must stop and treat yourself.

Everything was very good, the croissants should be crunchier for both taste and to hold the filling better, which inevitably fell out quite a bit (though on one hand that's a plus since there was a lot). On the other hand, I wouldn't order the lobster again as it was a bit too tough.
