Surely the best ice cream shop in Pisa. However, although cones and flavors are gluten-free, they recently displayed a sign stating the risk of contamination, having started to produce pastry sheets and sweet pieces containing gluten in their lab. It's a real shame for those who have to eat gluten-free to avoid an autoimmune reaction in the duodenum like me 💔

This ice cream shop is just a few steps from the Piazza dei Miracoli and is a regular stop during my walks. The ice creams are artisanal and have very interesting flavors, all gluten-free and a wide selection of flavors that are also dairy-free. Pistachio and Hazelnut without dairy are my favorite flavors, and it's the only gelateria in Pisa where I can eat them. For a few years now, the cones have been gluten-free!
