This ice cream shop is just a few steps from the Piazza dei Miracoli and is a regular stop during my walks. The ice creams are artisanal and have very interesting flavors, all gluten-free and a wide selection of flavors that are also dairy-free. Pistachio and Hazelnut without dairy are my favorite flavors, and it's the only gelateria in Pisa where I can eat them. For a few years now, the cones have been gluten-free!

Highly recommended store! They have a wide selection of vegan products (and thus lactose-free) and gluten-free. The waffle, moreover, is amazing.

My favorite ice cream shop in Pisa, I always order the cake for my birthday. The ice creams are both vegan and classic, there is a huge selection. Sometimes I go there with my friends who cannot eat gluten and they have almost all options gluten-free. Quality products.
