Great surprise! I was looking for sushi to have lunch with my friends, but not being a resident in Pisa I didn't know where to find a gluten-free place, so I did a search here on Gluto. It was a pleasant discovery. The staff was very friendly, especially a waitress who clearly explained how gluten-free works: you can select the dish you want from the tablet and add in the notes "gluten-free." Basically, they can make you (almost) all the dishes upon request gluten-free! Of course, most are already gluten-free on their own, but for example, first and second courses are on request. Good quality food and more than fair prices! I am celiac and confirm that there is no risk of contamination; they are very well-informed about it!

I have been there several times, for each product allergens are indicated, it is necessary to write gluten-free in the notes when ordering each product so that it is not placed on the same plate with gluten products. Impeccable, I have always eaten gluten-free and even just contamination makes me feel really bad and it has never happened in the many times I have been there. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.
