impossible contamination because the gluten-free area is separate, ensuring maximum safety! Neapolitan pizza with a nice crust, good, soft, and easy to cut even when cooled. Good toppings offered. Good desserts. The only small flaw is that they don’t have Coca-Cola, but a strange brand that also makes a sugar-free version, the zero, but it’s not very good... actually, not good at all 🙁 Anyway, highly rated pizzeria, wish there were more!!

Gluten-free pizza is definitely good, however, the prices are significantly higher compared to regular pizza (about 3€ more on average), making the average cost of gluten-free pizza around 14€. Clearly, I expect that 'gourmet' pizza, made with high-quality and DOP ingredients, will be expensive; however, the venue is cramped, the tables are small and very close to each other, and there is no space to place bags and coats (I had dinner with my bag on my lap)... In short, if I have to spend 14-20€ for a pizza, no matter how good it is, I would like to be more comfortable than in a less prestigious pizzeria. Other positive aspects: they have recently opened a second location next door where the kitchen is totally gluten-free, so the separation of kitchen spaces is complete and contamination is absent. Additionally, they also offer gluten-free appetizers and fried foods, which many pizzerias do not provide.

Recently opened next to the gluten place with gluten, the owner assured us of maximum safety as it is entirely dedicated to gluten free (including appetizers, fried foods, etc.). FANTASTIC pizza, slightly crispy on the bottom but high like Neapolitan style. Top ingredients, the only downside is the high price but all in all, prices in the area are like this.

I already knew the pizzeria d’auria, one of my favorites in Pisa! Then two months ago I found out I was celiac and discovered that since January 2, they opened the 100% gluten-free spinoff!! Everything is delicious and very safe. Be careful not to mistake the entrance :) at number 38 is the gluten-free one, while at 28 is the 'historic' one. You can also go to the regular one (in the company of non-celiacs if they prefer) and have the gluten-free food prepared from the next door, a great solution!

I'm sorry for not leaving a good review because in the end the taste of the pizza wasn't bad, but you can't serve burnt dough (which is also not very healthy). You have wines on the menu that aren't available and you only have gluten-free craft beers (which are not the best for beer lovers). Service was minimal, but above all, you can't seat people who arrived later just because they're your friends. I believe there is plenty of room for improvement, but I don't think I'll repeat the experience. What a pity.

A gluten-free special one (the one with arugula) is incredible, and the other one is a delicacy. Wonderful experience, small and cozy place, and the staff is super polite. The only downside is that the bill is above average, but it was worth it!! I hope they expand into a larger venue.

We had dinner in the main restaurant, even though they have a second location that is entirely gluten-free and contamination-free. The pizza was very good, both the traditional and the gluten-free. The desserts were also very good. Prices were fair. The tables are equipped with devices that allow you to call the waiters, which I find an intelligent solution because it saves time and gives the customer all the time they need to choose from the menu. We were served by the waitress Salomè, who was very kind and helpful. The owner was also very kind and helpful. It's clear that they know how to do their job. Well done everyone! We will definitely return 😊

Their new gluten free place is awesome, but a bit pricey not gonna lie, nevertheless the stuff is tasty, especially for those who have gluten problems. We enjoyed the pizzas and the desert, also the soda is awesome, wish they had lemon option. Please add wipes in the toilet, the hand dryer doesn't blow hot air as it should.

In the center of Pisa, just a step from Piazza Dante and Vettovaglie, you can find this highly recommended pizzeria! The menu is varied, the prices are fair, and they even offer gluten-free and lactose-free options. The staff is welcoming and kind. This evening, we also had entertainment included in the price, as the 'Verdone-style' gentleman sitting at the table next to ours spoke for 35/40 minutes about the difference between calzone and fried pizza, boring his wife to death but entertaining us almost as much as his impersonator Carlo Verdone.
