The pastries are sooo delicious!! Most of the time you can taste that something is gluten free, but these pastries are so good I would have had no idea. I ordered from them multiple times so far to sample the pastries and I have never been diappointed. My personal favorites are the saccottino, the cornetti and the cannolo.

We had lunch today and everything was excellent. The quality is so high that one almost doubts they are gluten-free due to the similarity with gluten-containing products. I also want to praise the owner for her politeness and courtesy. Highly recommended!

Whether you're celiac or not this is the place to be! Everything we tried here was delicious. I can have gluten, however I would suggest these pastries more than many other places! So many delicious options and made fresh too.

Amazing!!!! We came here during our holidays in Tuscany, they have so much variety of gluten free products. The taste is so so good, the service was also really good. I 100% recommend it even for the non celiac people.

I didn't have the pleasure of seeing the location because I organized my son's graduation party, out of town, at the last minute with the choice of cake, delivery in the ZTL area in the center of Pisa, and payment only 24 hours before the party, all over the phone because I come from Lombardy and from "mom stay calm, Iâll take care of it" we ended up at: "mom help, I can't manage it myself"... so I started looking for gluten-free venues that would also guarantee lactose-free the day before the thesis defense... luckily I came across Mai Grano for the cake choice, I found super available, friendly, and very efficient people. The cake for 18 people was prepared and delivered the night before the party, and the guests really appreciated it. The ingredients were of excellent quality, and even after a very abundant lunch, it was not only appreciated but also finished. I recommend Mai Grano to everyone for their quality, professionalism, and kindness, to them I can only say a big THANK YOU FROM THE HEART.

The best cake I have ever eaten! I had this cake made for a birthday because there was one gluten-free person. We all appreciated the goodness and quality of the cake, which tasted no different from 'normal' cakes... indeed, in my opinion, it was much much better. Thank you very much!
