The place is always a guarantee, both for last-minute dinners and for gluten-free pizzas. Top dough (both classic and gluten-free) and perfect flavors/toppings. There is a lot of variety, so you won't get bored when ordering. Prices are quite average. Highly recommended.

Tonight I tried their gluten-free Margherita pizza and I must say it was delicious. It's rare to find pizzerias that can make gluten-free pizzas that good and that especially look similar to those with gluten.

Good pizzeria, they are very attentive to dietary needs (gluten-free pizza, lactose-free mozzarella...). It's always been one of my go-to gluten-free spots in Pisa. Recently, I found myself spending more than usual, even though I didn't change my order, so I don't feel comfortable recommending it as an economical pizzeria.

Large venue, with plenty of space both inside and outside, featuring spacious vaulted halls painted in red, on the ground floor of a historic building along the Arno in Pisa. Neapolitan cuisine with a remarkable variety of pizzas to suit all tastes, of good quality and quite generous. Vegetarian alternatives, first and second courses, various appetizers, good selection of beers and wines. Attentive, courteous, and quick staff. Also attentive to needs such as strict gluten-free options with a dedicated oven.

Very fast service, despite the place being full. It is a venue frequented by young people and mainly by university students. I recommend making a reservation on weekends, as it is a very popular pizzeria. The gluten-free pizza is excellent, light, and digestible, it is practically identical to a pizza with gluten. The portions of the desserts are large.

I stayed in Pisa for a few days and nearby I found this pizzeria. I must say that I went there for two evenings and I was pleased with the quality of the food but especially with their attention to gluten-free and lactose-free options (they even have lactose-free mozzarella). They have two separate kitchens, so there’s no risk of contamination. The place is welcoming, the waiters are not always attentive, but the pizza is really good, with a wide selection of pizzas. The only downside is the price; for 2 people, just 2 pizzas and 2 Coke, we spent about €40/45, which seems a bit excessive to me.

For those who love Neapolitan pizza and thick crusts (even stuffed with ricotta), this is the perfect place. Quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and plenty of choice on the menu. The gluten-free pizza is made entirely by them, not a frozen base as often happens, and it’s not even that different from regular pizza except for the obviously thinner crust. I will definitely be back soon, approved.

The pizza is quite good. But they have major organizational problems both with delivery and at the pizzeria. It constantly happens that delivery pizzas arrive with a huge delay, that it takes hours to be served on-site, and that orders are canceled just before delivery, leaving those who ordered without pizza and often without the possibility of purchasing another one because it's too late to go to another pizzeria. If I didn't need gluten-free options, I would absolutely stop going there.

In a pleasant rustic setting, the venue is spacious and equipped with air conditioning and outdoor tables in summer (however, since it is very popular, it is recommended to book on weekends). Located in the center, it is easily accessible both on foot and by car. It offers a remarkable selection, including an all-you-can-eat menu, but the wine list is limited. The pizza is particularly close to the Neapolitan tradition, the ingredients are quite genuine, and the staff is polite. There are also some gluten-free options available, although without AIC certification.

Absolutely spectacular pizza, among the best I have ever eaten! The numerous certificates hanging in the dining room don't lie. And the pizza is excellent even gluten-free; apparently, you wouldn't even say that the dough is different. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!
