Where to start.. this place is amazing!! 100% gluten free making it the perfect spot for coeliacs. The staff were so lovely, made excellent recommendations and the food was to die for. I wish I’d gone back to try other dishes but the carbonara and 4 cheese pizzas were delicious and the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. small but spacious restaurant with cute Italian decor.

100% gluten-free pizzeria with AIC! Starters and first courses like the affiliated restaurant Grano Libero. Very good pan pizza and not greasy at all. The place is small, so I recommend reserving in advance.

I would like to highlight this place because it’s a shame that some people with celiac disease don’t know about it. The ENTIRE menu is GLUTEN-FREE, so you can enjoy sharing food with those at your table without fear of contamination. The pizza is incredibly good, with a delicious crust. They have gluten-free beers and a variety of desserts, first courses, and appetizers, all gluten-free. The location is new, but the owners are experienced in catering and gluten-free options (they actually have another place for people with celiac disease just a short walk from this one). It is located at Via Santa Maria 45/b, 56126, Pisa, PI. Tonight, they have gained new regular customers with us.

A hidden gem in Pisa. Gluten free pizza and more. Place odd only small so reservation recommended but we turned up on a Thursday night and we're made very welcome to wait for a table. Delicious thin crust pizza just as it should be, and the chocolate brownie is a must too

Fantastic option for gluten-free food. Everything on the menus if gf. The pasta was excellent and gf tiramisu was an added bonus. The atmosphere was great, a real buzz about the place but not too much. Wine was lovely too and the bill was very reasonable.

Percect for celíac people, starters where good we had Cecina slice, 2 pizzas and 1 cheesecake with a spritz. All was amazing would defenily recommend and Will come back. Prices are really good also! Quality vs prices is spot on. The people working there are so Nice also, a must to visit.

I loved the pizza! And my not-gluten-free husband confirmed it tastes like "normal" one :) the service was exceptionally nice :)
