Great for eating typical dishes at an affordable price. They offer an alternative for every dish on the menu for those with celiac disease without any problem. They also cater for lactose intolerance.

Lovely place and very kind staff, you feel pampered from the first moment. Very attentive to gluten-free (they are AIC certified). Amazing dishes, incredible tartare but also the wild boar and the desserts! Highly recommended.

Very nice restaurant even though it is not very big. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. The menu features typical Tuscan dishes with local quality products. At the beginning of the service, they ask about any intolerances to adjust the dishes according to your needs. The dishes are excellent, and the prices are fair for the quality of the dishes and raw materials. The venue is AIC certified.

🥬👩🦽🚭 The owners at the restaurant were very kind to offer me the "lunch menu" deal, in the evening, as I had misunderstood the offer. That was a good beginning. I'm usually attracted to restaurants who have gone out of their way to offer vegetarian, and gluten free dishes, and here one can find them all, even vegan. I was also offered a welcoming alcoholic drink right at the beginning, which after a full day in the heat of the summer was very refreshing. The pappardelle al cinghiale that I was served, and that I promised myself I'd only eat once in my life 😑, were one of the two choices on the"lunch menu", with the other option being vegetarian and even gluten free. All of the Primi piatti have basically fresh pasta that the restaurant gets from a local "pasteificio" (local fresh pasta maker) , whether normal or gluten free. That's quite rare! The pappardelle were simpler in taste than I had expected, but having no other experience with "la carne di cinghiale" (boar meat) I cannot comment objectively. Let's put it this way, the name sounded more exotic than the taste itself, so now I am feeling double guilty! The aesthetics of the dish, leans on the elegant and minimalist look, with a small little container of parmesan and the free non-salty bread that is typical of Tuscany. The dark colored furniture and a big display of wines contrast the modern English pop music in the background. The wines I was served were very good.

A lovely discovery! Very kind staff and a very clean and welcoming environment. The food was delicious and of high quality! We also tried the ravioli stuffed with potato cream and covered in truffle, simply amazing! It is also possible to order vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. Great value for money, I would gladly return!

One of the best restaurants in Pisa. The place is not very big, very welcoming with a beautiful visible wine cellar present in the dining room. The staff is very courteous and available for any explanations of the dishes and the origin of the ingredients. The menu features typical Tuscan dishes with local and quality products, there is also a wide selection for vegetarians/vegans, and at the beginning of the service, any intolerances are asked to adjust the dishes according to individual needs. The dishes are excellent, everything was exquisite from appetizers to mains, special mention for the tartare trio, the fallow deer, and the purée with truffle on top, truly superb. Prices are more than adequate for the quality of the dishes and raw materials.
