Very nice place in the center of Pisa, many very good gluten-free options. I hadn't eaten potato croquettes in ages! They were special. Highly recommend!

Literary café in the city center, offers many sweet and savory gluten-free options, as well as delicious fried foods, appetizers, tea, and herbal teas. The place is very small and often crowded, so it’s better to book for the aperitif.

Located in the city center. With a look of an "old tavern" featuring brick ceilings with visible vaults. A cozy place, with numerous gluten-free options that I find very good, and the staff is also very friendly and helpful. A multitude of "free use" books along the walls. Perfect place to read, study, and spend a few hours. Highly recommended!

Quiet and clean place, friendly staff. I tasted their desserts and they are very good, but I can't comment on the rest of the menu. There are lactose-free, gluten-free, and possibly vegetarian/vegan options available, but I believe it depends on the day's availability. It is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), so you can't reach it by car unless you have a permit.
