Il Pechino is an institution in Pisa! The owners are very kind and attentive. There are many dishes that are naturally gluten-free, but you can also request other dishes by mentioning that you are celiac, and they will prepare them specifically without soy sauce or other allergens. They will also bring gluten-free soy sauce to your table!!! The first courses are highly recommended: Thai rice, rice noodles with shrimp (to be requested without soy sauce), Kung Pao pork...
