Wonderful place just a stone's throw from the tower. Completely gluten-free food, very good and tasty. Prices are a bit high, but it's worth spending to eat in complete safety!!

Cozy environment and very kind staff. The food is really excellent and high quality, with generous portions. Also suitable for those who are not celiac.

The paradise for celiacs!! The entire menu is completely gluten-free, so you don’t have to worry about possible contamination. The choice is vast and you can find everything: appetizers, first courses, burgers, flatbreads, desserts, etc... Also, an ideal location as it is just a 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa!

The entire menu is completely gluten-free, the bread and pasta are made in-house. It was so good that we ate there for both lunch and dinner. They also have a wide selection of gluten-free beers, and the staff is very friendly.

PERFECT PLACE. Everything was delicious, I celebrated my graduation enjoying an amazing lunch. The entire menu offered is gluten-free, and they also provide incredible schiacciata and bread as appetizers. Highly recommended!

It is literally PARADISE for celiacs. EVERY item on the menu is completely gluten-free. They serve delicious fresh bread made by them. For an appetizer, I had the platter of cold cuts (very good). For the first course, I had pici (fresh pasta) alla matriciana: it is the best I have ever eaten (including in Rome…). For the second course, I had the Fiorentina steak with roasted potatoes. They have a wide selection of gluten-free beers (craft and not). The staff is SUPER friendly and accommodating. If you pass through Pisa and are celiac, STOP BY HERE and you won't regret it!
5

100% gluten-free restaurant! In addition to appetizers, first and second courses, they also offer stuffed focaccia and large salads. The bread and focaccia are homemade and are very good. Excellent cuisine, prices might be a bit above the standard, but one must also consider that we are in the city center. They also offer a wide selection of wines for all budgets.

Everything is gluten-free from bread to sweets! Excellent products and helpful, available staff. Homemade sweets... A place where someone with celiac disease can finally eat as if they weren't! The establishment is certified even if it's not indicated on the app.

I went to dinner at this restaurant because my girlfriend is gluten-free. The location is nice, with tables available outside. We ordered an appetizer for 2 people, 2 first courses, 2 waters, and 1 coffee, and we spent €56. The appetizer (average, nothing exceptional) consisted of a crostini with tomatoes and one with liver pâté, so it's hard to consider it for 2 people. The fondue was very good. As for the first courses, nothing to say, amatriciana and cacio e pepe were spectacular, both the sauces and the pasta itself. The downside, however, in my opinion, is the service. We arrived at 8:55 PM with a table booked for 9 PM and had to wait 15 minutes to receive the table. We were asked if we preferred inside or outside; I said that if there was space outside it would be better, but inside was fine as I hadn't specified at the time of booking. However, they should have told us that there would be a wait to sit outside; instead, we were bounced from one waiter to another. We also had to wait a long time for the first courses, after the waitress got annoyed because we were already ready to order and she only wanted to bring us water as the kitchen was in crisis. We told her it was no problem, we could wait, but in a grumpy tone, she took our order (which was the same as our neighbors' table, and they received it 30 minutes before us). Finally, even at the time of paying, we were treated with indifference. I feel bad because we were accommodating to all their timings, and being treated like this is a bit disrespectful. That said, if you're gluten intolerant and find yourself in the area, I recommend a stop at this restaurant.

An amazing focaccia, beer, bread, and all delicious dishes. It's my favorite restaurant in Pisa. Absolutely recommended, totally gluten-free and contamination-free.

Great. Finally a burger worthy of the name... I hadn't eaten such good ones since before the diagnosis... without any anxiety about contamination... You deserve everything!
5
Gluten-free place 100%, there is no risk! They make a Focaccia that is worth it! We had stuffed focaccias and lasagna. Reasonable prices. The menu is on the website: https://granoliberopisa.it Excellent location, very close to Piazza dei Cavalieri. You can book a table. I recommend it!
5
100% gluten-free menu! Contamination impossible!!! Wide choice and everything eaten and drank divinely. In my opinion, a must-visit.
5
ZERO CONTAMINATION!!! Everything is gluten-free from bread to beer, the staff is very friendly, and there is an excellent variety of dishes (appetizers, flatbreads, first courses, second courses, and much more). A must-stop if you are passing through Pisa!

It was a dream to find a restaurant that only offers gluten-free food and to be able to choose anything from the proposed menu! Excellent food, very nice venue, fast and friendly service. Prices were absolutely reasonable, in short, the paradise that every celiac would want to find in every city!

They have made me a happy woman! Fried pasta with wonderful ham and a delicious burrata with arugula. I hadn't tasted fried pasta since the diagnosis! Great selection of beers and wines. Delicious.

I went to eat at this place for lunch. The girls are super nice. The menu is full of choices for all tastes. I had a plate of pappardelle with wild boar ragù and then the dark chocolate soufflé. Everything was delicious. I also bought 1kg of focaccia to take away because it was really amazing. They also have lactose-free desserts as well as gluten-free ones. Really a highly recommended place.

Finally! The perfect place to eat gluten-free food in complete tranquility; in fact, the venue offers exclusively gluten-free dishes. The place is new and very well maintained. I have already been there for both lunch and dinner; for lunch, we ordered stuffed flatbreads, a mixed salad, and dessert—all delicious. For dinner, we had mixed appetizers, tagliatelle with wild boar, and sliced steak—all truly excellent. The menu really offers many alternatives, and the staff is friendly and helpful... I recommend everyone to stop by; it's worth it!
