The food is always great, I have been going to this cafe for ten years and I have always had a great experience. The gluten-free options are of good quality and always available.

Breakfast at the bar also in gluten-free version. They are really attentive and well-equipped. They have various options from croissants to some desserts that they order from outside.

At the counter, I have always found smiling and kind staff, and there are vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free alternatives available. Among the best I have ever found! There is also a little garden inside where you can sit for breakfast (or other meals).

I now have the habit of going to have breakfast alone, and it's not easy at all to feel comfortable, but this place has given me a warmth and tranquility that I had never experienced here in Pisa. This is thanks to both the super kind owner and the location, which also has a garden at the back. They have a good selection for those with intolerances or celiac disease, and the coffee is good. The vegan croissant was really excellent. In short, it’s everything a café should be. My compliments :))
