Probably the best hamburger I've ever eaten! The size of the bun is really big. We also had an appetizer; just ask what can be made gluten-free. They also have a great selection of gluten-free beers. Maximum attention to gluten-free, and the staff is extremely kind! We will definitely come back!

Friendly and super kind service, excellent quality food all handmade. They are very attentive to gluten-free options (separate fryer, zero contamination and safety). The gluten-free supplement is fair. Highly recommend for those with particular needs because the chef is knowledgeable and has a celiac daughter. Right in the center of Lucca on a side street of Fia Fillungo, I will definitely return.
