I had heard about this trattoria for the excellent quality of the meat and I finally managed to taste it in person. With a good friend of mine, we ordered a 1.4 kg Tomahawk with oven-baked potatoes and beans. The quality of the meat turned out to be excellent from the first bite, the fat included, which melted in the mouth, just like the rare cooking that was executed perfectly. To drink, although a nice bottle of red would have been great given the super hot day, we were tempted by a nice cold beer... two medium beers each plus a small one. To finish, before coffee, a small dessert each... to my great surprise and satisfaction, they also have an eye for those who are lactose intolerant like me, offering a dessert from the bakery Le Bontà, lactose-free. The staff is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. At the time of ordering, they also asked us about any intolerances or allergies, something that unfortunately is not often asked in places and which certainly influenced my five-star judgment. In total, we spent 105 euros for 2. Congratulations to all the staff at "EI Paso"; as I had been rightly told about your steak, from today I will certainly return soon!

Everything exceptional. Impeccable service. My daughter is celiac: they were very attentive and she ate very well too! Very nice location.

What can I say... we dined three times in this place during our 15-day vacation. I tried the gluten-free lampredotto sandwich... FANTASTIC... The Florentine steak cooked to perfection. The staff was truly exquisite.

An quite dated restaurant but it has the merit of having a menu also for celiacs, with fairly competitive prices. For a more accurate assessment, I need to try it again since the last time I visited it was for a celebration with a fixed menu.

Welcoming venue with friendly staff, complete menu with Tuscan specialties, including gluten-free options. Certified AIC restaurant and pizzeria. The seasonal dishes are excellent, such as the porcini mushrooms. Highly recommended!

Good food, okay service. Very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The gluten-free pizza is also good. Wide variety of typical Lucchese dishes.
