I always really appreciate such willing young people! Certainly, sought-after raw materials that define excellence. I'm sorry about the 'Milf' (Fabio will understand the extent I'm referring to). A place where you can do the tasting tour a couple of times a year! If I have to make two notes, I would add a couple of quality Proseccos to the wine list, and I would add a split to lower the temperature in the room, unfortunately, the July climate doesn't help. One last thing, a couple of dessert options for those who are lactose intolerant would be great; a tart made with lactose-free ingredients would be enough. We will definitely come back!!!! Well done!!
