Here we try to combine Japanese culinary inspiration with the use of raw materials from Brittany, primarily buckwheat. Excellent galettes and crepes, pear cider. Everything is great.

The rice cakes are gluten-free and the ones we ordered weren't bad. However, the service was a bit detached; you get the feeling of being just a number. The food quality was quite good, and the environment was simple.
