- Ice cream shop in the historic center of Forlì, and as a celiac, I can only appreciate the work of the owners, as it is currently the only one in the area offering all flavors and all cones gluten-free! - You can also find the ice cream shop included in the AIC circuit, with which there is still a close collaboration, thus being able to guarantee a safe service for celiacs and intolerants, without contamination. - Besides the good artisan ice cream, here you can also find many other gluten-free products, packaged and not, such as yogurt, cakes, slushies, candies, assorted sweets, etc... There are also "normal" products available, so always ask the staff for information. - All cones and flavors of ice cream are gluten-free, apart from the small cones, which are still packaged separately. - Two unique small "constructive" and PERSONAL "criticisms", but which do not affect the final judgment, are: 1. Since 100% compostable cups and spoons are given to customers, it would also be useful to have a suitable container to dispose of them in, instead of having to throw them in the municipal bin for non-recyclable waste. 2. Given the times, it would be nice and useful for customers to have an online reference point for the business, with useful information and hours. Unfortunately, almost nothing is found online or on social media about this nice and useful ice cream shop in the historic center of Forlì. I think it’s a real shame not to use the web for some advertising and, why not, provide useful information, especially for those coming from outside, since opening and closing days and times are not known. That said, I will still be happy to come back and enjoy a good gluten-free ice cream, and I will be ready to modify the review in case of inaccuracies or news.
