On July 26, 2025, my daughter had the pleasure of tasting a good gluten-free pizza (dough type “Schär” cooked in a separate oven). The staff was helpful and courteous, despite it being Saturday night at 9:00 PM and the place was packed. RECOMMENDED.

During my visit to Pizzeria Dolly in Sant'Antioco, I unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My visit took place on July 11 around 9:00 PM. The pizza I ordered was burnt both on the top and bottom, making the base too crunchy and difficult to consume. Although the toppings were quite good when taken individually, they could not completely mask the compromised flavor of the pizza. I left half of the pizza on the plate due to the burn marks and the difficulty of eating it. Furthermore, the table service was very slow, unfriendly, and completely indifferent to the fact that I had problems with my pizza. Another negative aspect is that my companion asked several times if it was possible to order a gluten-free pizza, but unfortunately, despite having received all the reassurances and ordering a gluten-free pizza, she was served a pizza containing gluten. Initially, the staff denied the mistake, claiming that we had ordered a normal pizza. Only after insisting did they apologize and bring a gluten-free pizza. Finally, the bathrooms were a bit dirty and there was a lack of toilet paper. The lack of cleanliness and essential supplies in the bathrooms contributed to an uncomfortable feeling during the visit. To improve the overall customer experience, Pizzeria Dolly should pay more attention to the cooking of pizzas, the quality of table service, the hygiene of the bathrooms, and the accuracy in fulfilling specific requests such as gluten-free pizzas. I appreciate the restaurant's efforts, but I hope these observations can be useful in improving both the quality of the pizzas and the attention to service and hygiene.

They offer gluten-free pizza, they serve you a raw pre-cooked base pizza, pizza and beer 18.50, acceptable service, they are also mortified, the cashier we complained to said we could send it back. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible because it was already the second one, having first served a pizza with gluten.
