Located in the financial district of Madrid, this is a restaurant with a capital R. Attention to customer service, high-quality cuisine, and a well-maintained environment make it a mid-to-high-range venue. They have a magic grill where they prepare succulent cuts of meat that rival our Chianina or Scottone. I had excellent jamón and a superb beef steak (bone-in, very similar to the Fiorentina). They are very attentive to gluten-free customers. Highly recommended!
