We popped into this bakery for a quick breakfast and coffee. The owner was so kind to help us since we couldn’t really read the Spanish. The food was great. A good choice if you’re gluten free or even if you’re not. A great environment and very welcoming!

The gluten-free empanada with ratatouille and tuna is one of the most spectacular empanadas we have ever tried! And what can we say about their desserts? They are a paradise for anyone with celiac disease. My partner enjoyed it very much: it was all spectacular!

Everything is delicious. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and free from milk proteins, with detailed allergens and a cozy place in the center of Salamanca. We will come back. They also ship all over Spain.

A very welcoming place with lovely staff. The food was delicious and flavorful. We ordered two toasts with tomato and serrano ham, two lactose-free coffees with milk, a bottle of water, and a cup of sugar and cream for €14.10.

Everything divine. The service was super attentive, the toast I had been longing for (I think any celiac understands this simple gesture), a typical sweet from Spain, the raqueta, a chocolate croissant that was divine even the next day, a lightly buttery palmier, and a well-stuffed mixed croissant. I just didn't like the donut... The chocolate muffin was also divine, fluffy and with a delicious filling. I even brought bread home, and I can’t wait to toast it and delight myself a little more while crying about the lack of this in Portugal 😓 Affordable prices, good atmosphere. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back... Celiacs, run!

I went there for the first time and was very surprised by the variety of sweets and savory items they have for celiacs! This time I tried the chocolate donuts and some pasta; the donuts certainly do not taste like those that contain gluten, but they are good, and the pastas are just as good. The girls serving are very friendly, and we had no issues with space (on a Tuesday morning). Highly recommended!

Any gluten-free bakery is a must-visit when traveling with celiac disease or sensitivity, but Celi&Co has taken it to the next level. Walking in and having breakfast with absolute normality, delicious food, and good service is a luxury that only those of us with limited access can appreciate. We tried several things, including hornazo, but just eating a racchetta like I did as a child made me very happy. Thank you very much!

10/10. I walked in out of curiosity and saw that all their products are gluten-free and lactose-free. When I asked for a recommendation, they suggested the muffins (lemon or Nutella). My wife is allergic to nuts, so I asked if the Nutella one had hazelnuts. It doesn't! I got the muffins and a tuna empanada. I tried both and loved them. I also found the staff very friendly. I will be back :)

Paradise for celiacs. It offers baked goods, pastries, and everything is spectacular! Everything has an unparalleled taste and texture! Since we went at Christmas, we also bought the mantecados and they were delicious. Nothing compared to what you buy industrially gluten-free. The man who served us took the time to explain the preparation and care of his products. Be sure to visit this gluten-free café! Both celiacs and non-celiacs can enjoy its qualities.

I’m a tourist visiting an I’ve had celiac disease for 20 years now. Never have I been to a place where the pastry and bread is this good. The food is perfect, the service is amazing and it’s a lovely place and location.

We stumble across this place accidentally and we're wonderfully surprised! This is definitely some of the best gluten free baked goods I've ever had as someone who has been celiac their whole life. 15/10! would go back every day if I lived here!

Now that I have discovered my gluten intolerance, this site is a great relief; I hope they have much success: a wide variety of desserts and bread, coffee, juices, smoothies... The place is very nice and quite pleasant. The waitress was very kind; she offered me a coffee, and I hadn't realized that I was asking for it with cold milk, so I asked her if she could put it in a glass, and she said yes, pouring in a lot of milk without extra charge, a nice touch. I will return ☺️☺️

I was traveling to Salamanca and it was a must stop. I bought breakfast for the two days I was there and I also brought a box of pastries. I also bought some bread. Everything I’ve tried so far is excellent 🤩 so happy to be able to enjoy these gluten-free treats!!

Gluten-free café in the center of Salamanca. They have many cakes and also gluten-free churros. We had coffee there and also got a chocolate palm, a chocolate stick, a donut, and some muffins. The price is the same as most gluten-free bakeries. Everything I tried was very good. It's a fortune to have these kinds of places in the city center. We paid about €18 for what we ordered.
