Highly recommended restaurant! Close to the highway exit, so a strategic location. The entire menu can be managed gluten-free. My son had the spaghetti alla carbonara and they were spectacular! I saw AIC stickers from different years! The owner confirmed to me that she has been in the gluten-free world for 20 years, and you can tell!

A lunch with the family, we had a great time, quality cuisine enclosed in an interesting menu, even for celiacs. The location is also very nice and unique, right inside Fano Airport. The real strong point of this restaurant is the dining room manager, who performs her job impeccably with immense passion!! Highly recommended.

At the return from summer holidays, the Red Baron is a guarantee for quality, courtesy, refinement, and excellent value for money... first courses of fish always at a high level: tonnarello with cuttlefish ink and fish sauce (crab, mussels/clams, baby squid, etc.), fish carbonara, and for those who prefer the classic, traditional carbonara!!! Fantastic second courses: seared tuna with buffalo mozzarella and sweet peppers in agrodolce, hot skewers/shrimp (a classic), and for the 'earth lovers,' sliced beef with confit cherry tomatoes... always sought-after and fresh desserts, paired with high-level liqueurs (for those who don't drive)!!! GLUTEN FREE dishes of very good quality (my son really enjoyed) ... WELL DONE!!!
