At Inka, there are almost always gluten-free dishes on the menu; usually, they do not state that they are suitable for celiacs because they have a single kitchen and contamination is possible. However, the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The owner has a family member who is celiac, so he has a great sensitivity to the issue! Keep an eye on the promotions they occasionally have, including completely gluten-free tastings, on evenings when the kitchen becomes suitable for celiacs too!
