During our stop in Verona, we decided to try Amico Mio, and it definitely made us want to come back!! Fried octopus that was incredibly tender, crunchy shrimp and calamari. A special mention for the arancini with octopus ragù; they were out of this world. As if that weren’t enough, everything is gluten-free, including the beer. A paradise for seafood lovers, whether you are celiac or not. The staff is very kind and accommodating; it was also pleasant to chat with them. ABSOLUTELY A MUST TRY.

I discovered this little place while passing through Verona. Everything was delicious, and you can really taste that the ingredients are of high quality, plus everything is gluten-free. I had a pleasant chat with the owners and immediately noticed the passion with which they run the business. I wanted to try all the arancini, as well as two cuoppi: AMAZING. I came home with one desire, to sell them and open up in Vicenza so I can return more comfortably. I'm waiting for you! Well done!

My boyfriend and I, who are both celiac, went there by word of mouth and what a great recommendation it was! A place that combines a selection of entirely gluten-free products with excellent quality, all seasoned with a good dose of kindness and professionalism. A place we wholeheartedly recommend to all celiacs and non-celiacs!

If you are celiacs and want to eat well, you must absolutely try L'amico mio! The owners are very kind, it's a simple little place, and the food is of excellent quality, completely gluten-free! The only downside is that it creates independence!

I was here with my celiac boyfriend, what can I say... The quality of the fish is excellent with a great focus on flavors and pairings, we will definitely return, my friend is a treasure of humanity!

A discovery in Verona, finally a place to eat something different WITHOUT GLUTEN other than pizza. Delicious arancino, well-breaded but especially with a really good filling, both the one with shrimp tartare and the one with ragù. A unique fried octopus, very much appreciated. Good value for money. They also have an interesting selection of gluten-free beers. Really compliments to these guys because it’s not easy to create something gluten-free that is so good.

We went to this place for the first time. The owners were kind and helpful. The food was all excellent, especially the fried dishes, which were delicious 😀 A place we will return to, and I recommend it to people with celiac disease as everything is gluten-free 😀

I must say it’s really worth it! Arancini with tuna, stracciatella cheese, and exceptional pistachio crumble, lightly fried with unique flavors🤤😋 A great gluten-free alternative for a quick lunch or dinner😊 They are very friendly and Maria is very kind! To say it is amazing is an understatement. Light fried dishes suitable for any occasion. Fresh fish of the highest quality. The entire menu is gluten-free. The staff is fantastic! Verona needed a place like this!!
