This was my first trip abroad since being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. I was really pleased to see that they not only offered a Gluten Free Menu, but also had a dedicated Gluten Free fryer - great choice if you want confidence that your dinner won't be cross-contaminated!

As usual, you can’t go wrong with hard rock... in any store I went to, I always had a good experience.... The venue is large and welcoming, always well-kept and filled with historical memorabilia, easy to find... no wait and a nice free table, I asked for gluten-free and they provided a dedicated menu, perfect. Staff is kind and courteous, brief wait. Food is very, very good, salads and sandwiches are tasty and flavorful, the only downside is the prices are a bit high...

First time going to a hard rock cafe. Gluten free menu available. Staff were very helpful and service was quick. Great atmosphere, enjoyed looking at the memoribilia. Would definitely go back. Was quite pricey though.

Have been twice since arriving in Munich. They have a gluten free menu which is greatly appreciated. And they don’t look annoyed when you ask for it so that worth the money. But the food is very good. I had Cobb salad today and a burger a few nights ago. Both were very good. Husband enjoyed the steak. The drinks are expensive I think but there are free refills for sodas. Lovely staff and the brownie dessert was amazing.

We were tired of Bavarian food and wanted some American comfort. Hard Rock Cafe hit the spot. First, they provide FREE WATER, which is something us Americans miss dearly when traveling overseas. What a welcome treat to not have to pay for water! Second, they do have a dedicated gluten free menu, which I appreciate. It can be hard to eat in foreign countries with a lot of dietary restrictions but HRC did it well. I had the classic burger (without cheese) on a GF bun - bun was soft, burger was flavorful! The fries were mediocre and could be improved. But the burger was fantastic! My husband had the Messi burger and he enjoyed it! Service was very good - nice to have attentive waiters (unlike most of rest we’ve had in Munich). Highly recommend!

The Hard Rock Cafe Munich, located at Platzl 1 near the iconic Marienplatz, blends classic American dining with Bavarian charm. Established in 2002, it has become a popular spot for both tourists and locals. The cafe offers a variety of American and international dishes, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Menu highlights include the Legendary Burger, BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, and various salads and bowls. For drinks, the Hard Rock Cafe Munich offers a wide range of cocktails, such as the Hurricane and Classic Caribbean Mojito, as well as local beers and wines. The cafe also provides free Wi-Fi and features a gift shop where you can purchase branded merchandise.

My server, perhaps his name was Michael but I'm not sure, was great. I told him of my gluten allergy and he was able to show me ingredients for the gf bread and the bbq sauce. He checked in with me to make sure I was okay throughout my meal as I told him I experience anaphylaxis. He told me all the ingredients on the dessert. He was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. My food was delicious. The dessert was huge! I didn't realize it would be massive. I didn't want the cherry on top. 😂 Great experience.

Friendly and efficient staff. Fast service. Generous portions and quality ingredients. The desserts are excellent. Not much variety in the menu. There is a menu for those who are gluten intolerant. Well-kept ambiente with nice music, of course. Prices are a bit high but in line with the type of establishment.

I used to love coming here to get a taste of home (USA). Unfortunately the last visit was disappointing. Mediocre food and terrible cocktails (margaritas). The new gluten-free menu was a pleasant surprise. Service was great as usual.

Iconic place by name, the food is incredibly good, well prepared, the portions are also good. The service is very friendly and professional, they have English-speaking waitresses. They have a gluten-free menu, just ask for it! I loved the little merchandise shop, too.

If you are a fan of rock music this is the place for you. Drinks are very nice and you have a lot of options including alcohol free to gluten free beer. Food is ok but service is very nice. Staffs are very polite and a nice atmosphere. It’s tends to get busy in the weekend evenings but after a little wait you should have a place.

Outstanding customer service and menu. Value is quite good considering it is in the centre of a vibrant tourist area. Staff are very knowledgeable in relation to allergens in particular gluten free options. Also a straight forward kids menu. Excellent experience all around. Many thanks especially to our server Nelson who was very helpful and welcoming.
