Went to eat pizza on Saturday, April 5.....what can I say, fantastic pizza and bigger than the plate...excellent product to recommend to us celiac sufferers!!! I will definitely be back..

Now at home, they have greatly improved the gluten-free dough. Excellent quality products. The pizza is so big that I can't fit in dessert. Recently certified by AIC with two separate kitchens. Young, friendly, and helpful staff.

I really appreciate that there is finally an AIC pizzeria in the city of Adria... however, in my opinion, the pizza needs improvement... the base is prepared by them but it seems more like an oil focaccia than a pizza...

delicious pizza....not certified but they put their all into it..they have a separate lab...we ordered an appetizer before the pizza, they brought small pieces of pizza served on wooden cubes, I was only served some ham which I appreciated but it was still on the same wooden cube...I didn't feel safe...there's a lot of care but you learn from mistakes! WELL DONE

Modern location and friendly staff. Gluten-free pizza is delicious and especially the dough is made by them, not from frozen base. They work and bake the pizza in a separate kitchen. Well done, guys!!
