I celebrated my 30th birthday at Ronco. The place is beautiful and wonderful, quiet, and the reserved area was lovely. For the location, I give a score of 5. However, I was disappointed with the service. My guests were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (road accident), and at 3:00 PM and every half hour afterward, the waitress began to urge me to eat quickly because the room had to be cleared by 5:00 PM, which prevented me from fully enjoying the day. Moreover, I communicated the menus months in advance, and lactose intolerant guests were served dishes containing milk. The waitress in the dining area was not very accommodating, nor was the bald guy with glasses. I understand an hour's delay, but I find it quite inappropriate to manage customers and unforeseen events this way. Additionally, the dessert was included in the menu but no one received it, yet I was charged the full price for everything. The other people at the agriturismo were very kind, and I was truly sorry about this. Please improve in this aspect.
