I stayed at this hotel in July 2023 with half-board, dining every evening in the hotel's elegant restaurant. As a celiac, I received truly special attention both at breakfast and dinner, with always warm bread made just for me, and almost all the dishes on the varied menu (which changed every evening) adapted to be gluten-free. Even the canederli were made gluten-free just for me! I appreciated it a lot. Highly recommended (and just five minutes from the beautiful Braies Lake).
