I write this review only to point out that the restaurant prepares gluten-free dishes only after prior reservation to allow them to prepare the ingredients.

Possibility of having gluten-free first courses (mushroom-based) and great attention to contamination (I didn't have any problems). I ate local food (the house antipasto is a must-try) and found the service and hospitality extraordinary.
