One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! If you are in Tropea, you must not miss the Premiata Forneria. The pizza is in contemporary Neapolitan style, with a high, soft, and well-aerated crust – very light and super digestible. The dough is truly well-made, with a long fermentation and high-quality ingredients. The menu is vast: from classic to gourmet, with creative combinations, local products, and vegan and gluten-free options. I tried a pizza with buffalo mozzarella, yellow cherry tomatoes, and anchovies from the Tyrrhenian Sea... exceptional. Quick and friendly service, despite the place being full. The atmosphere is modern, lively, and just a stone's throw from the historic center. I recommend going early in the evening as it is highly sought after, but it is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Five stars with a but... Excellent pizza. Quality ingredients, pleasant combinations and a very interesting menu. Gluten-free options are also available. Fair value for money. Service speed could be improved (although I prefer to wait 2 extra minutes for a good pizza). But above all, the management of the space between tables could be improved. The place is very narrow, although characteristic.

Had dinner twice (two couples the first time, just booked a table for two and left the second time) two weeks apart and the pizza is one of the best I’ve ever eaten in my life. The service, on the other hand is horrible: - When dining the first time, it took more than one hour to issue the order; the lady bringing the food was quite untrained and inexperienced and made a mess with the order. - the second time we booked a table for two and arrived on time (8:00 pm) at the place; a lady not wearing the cure suit gave our table to 2 fiends of her ( arrived after us, waiting to be served) and disappeared. The crew, visibly embarrassed, proposed to wait 10 minutes to get another table or just leave. Intollerabile
